Scott Kroll

Scott Kroll is the Director of Business Development – Molds & Tooling with Graham Engineering. Born and raised in Wilmington, DE, Scott spent much of his life in Durham, ME, where he attended college and later settled down. Scott earned his AS in Turfgrass Management and BS in Plant and Soil Science from the University of Massachusetts, leading him to become a Superintendent at several prestigious golf courses. He began his career as the Superintendent of the Tournament Course at Dupont Country Club, honing his skills in managing course conditions and creating optimal playing experiences for members and guests. Later, he became the Superintendent of Sunnybrook Golf Club in Plymouth Meeting, PA, where he excelled in his craft.

Looking to expand his horizons, Scott pursued an MBA from the University of Delaware, which provided him with the business acumen needed to take on leadership roles beyond the golf course. He leveraged his education and experience to secure a position at Kennedy Tool and Die, where he spent a decade learning the ins and outs of the manufacturing industry. During his time there, he became a business partner for five years before eventually taking over as the business owner for the next five.

Today, Scott resides in Conshohocken, PA, where he balances his love for golf with his personal and professional pursuits. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family, always seeking new opportunities to explore and expand his horizons.
