Dave Schroeder

Dave is the President and CEO of the Graham Engineering Company, LLC and a Director serving on the Board of Directors.  Prior to assuming the role in 2013, Dave served as the President and CEO of Welex Incorporated, with responsibilities for strategy and operational management and the eventual divestiture of the business to GEC.  With more than eighteen years of leadership experience in building, integrating, and operating companies supplying machinery, system integration, and service solutions in packaging, food & beverage processing, medical devices, and the plastics industry, Dave has served in a variety of roles building successful organizations through vision, strategy, and execution.  Dave holds Bachelor’s Degrees in Physics and Computer Engineering with a Minor in Mathematics from Millersville University with certificates from Switzerland’s IMD School of Management in Design for Innovation and Mobilizing People.  Dave is married with two teenage children and resides in Lititz, PA.
