Our proprietary PC-based blow molding machine control system, the XBM Navigator™ is just one example of our leading edge research and development. This in-house developed technology is based on the Windows platform. The result is a machine controller that is extremely user friendly and is very well suited to remote diagnostics via modem connection. This feature allows our service staff in York, PA, to dial into your machine and trouble-shoot many process or machine related problems, foregoing many of the costs or delays associated with travel to your facility. The controller is a standard industrial PC, eliminating the need for manufacturer specific components or system expertise, and features designed-in trouble shooting aides, SPC trending, alarm and set value change recording, and more. |
